The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others assaulted the informant and others by Lathi, Danda and iron rod. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted Geeta Kumari by Lathi causing her injury which is simple in nature. The allegation leveled against the accused Anil Sah is that he has assaulted Sushila Devi, who later on died. There is case and counter case and the petitioner is in custody since 27.7.2016. Heard learned APP appearing for the State who opposed the prayer for bail but did not deny the allegation of injury received by Geeta Kumari which is simple in nature.
