The petitioner is not named in the first information report. Name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Roshan Kumar Singh. The petitioner is not put on T. I. parade and he is in custody since 21.06.2014. The petitioner has already remained in custody for more than a year. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
