JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Raniganj P.S. Case No. 291 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 26.05.2021. Subsequently, co-accused Gamgam Jha on whose confession name of petitioner has come in this case, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 14.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10883 of 2021. It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2020 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65702 of 2021(3) dt.19-01-2022 2/2 the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 291 of 2020.
