Petitioner is accused in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 184 of 2016 registered under Sections 313, 376(g) and 120B of the I.P.C.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he sexually exploited the informant by inducing her for marriage. On notice, learned counsel for the informant has appeared and it has been informed by the petitioner that petitioner is ready to marry with the informant and informant is also ready to marriage with this petitioner.

In the above circumstances, petitioner is directed to be released on Provisional Bail for a period of three months from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41762 of 2016 (3) dt.13-12-2016 2/2 today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Motihari in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 184 of 2016. Within the aforesaid three months, the petitioner and informant shall solemnize their marriage and inform to the Court below and thereafter, the Court below shall confirm the bail of the petitioner.
