The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have fired which hit on the knee and also touched the abdomen of the informant. It is submitted that the occurrence took place in the dead of night. The petitioner has got no enmity with the informant. The motive is not assigned. The police after conclusion of investigation submitted charge-sheet against the petitioner but did not collect any tangible material against him. The petitioner is in jail since 04.02.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner
