.... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance:

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Virendra Kuar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Raj Ballabh Singh (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard both sides.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The uncle of the deceased alleged that the petitioner killed his wife due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is submitted that the petitioner got his wife treated but she could not be saved. On perusal of the record it appears that most of the witnesses have stated that the petitioner killed his wife and hurriedly cremated her dead body.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2748/2014. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21324 of 2015 (3) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within nine months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
