The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that petitioner is a lady and allegedly 8 litres of country made liquor were recovered from her house. Petitioner claims that she is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 13.07.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the VIth A.D.J.-cum-Special Judge, Nalanda at
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36018 of 2017(2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 219/17. Further, if the petitioner, after her release in this case, is again found to be involved in similar nature of case then the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of her bail bond.
