JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.03.2015 in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 64 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The accusations are of killing the elder sister of the informant and her minor female child by administering poison by F.I.R. named accused persons after ten years of marriage for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2015 and the charge sheet has already been submitted in the present case. It is further pointed out that number of witnesses have stated that due to some hot

It is further submitted that from perusal of F.I.R., it is evident that there is no direct or indirect evidence against the petitioner for committing alleged offence.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi, in connection with Riga P.S.
