JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 The petitioner along with others were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Chapra SC/ST P.S. Case No.38 of 2016 on 17.07.2018 vide order passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1425 of 2018. The petitioner has not surrendered and could not furnish bail-bond even after lapse of more than one year.

Prayer is for extension of time.

Prayer is allowed.

Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds with condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of
