2. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a detailed order dated 27-07-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50331 of 2024.
3. According to allegation, on secret information, police raided the place of occurrence. It is further alleged that the petitioner was arrested with a country-made pistol, coaccused Lalu Yadav was arrested with 1.2 kg. of Ganja, the coaccused, Dilip Kumar Singh was arrested with four live cartridges and co-accused Masoom Ali was arrested with a stolen motorcycle.
4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60614 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 that though the prayer for bail of the petitioner has earlier been rejected by order dated 24-07-2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 50331 of 2024 but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of his prolonged incarceration i.e. near about two and a half years. It has further been submitted that the FIR itself shows that narcotic substance has not been recovered from possession of the petitioner rather it was recovered from possession of co-accused Lalu Yadav. A country-made pistol is alleged to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, specially, prolonged incarceration of the petitioner, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist-cum-Special Court, Siwan in connection with N.D.P.S. Trial Case No. 03 o 2024 arising out of Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 109 of 2013.
