2 It is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel that the application for compassionate appointment of the mother of the petitioner had been rejected earlier in 2007 on the ground that the services of the father of petitioner were not on regular status and, therefore, petitioner's mother was not entitled to consideration for grant of compassionate appointment. It is pointed out that under order dated 08.09.2015 bearing Memo No 5045, which is Annexure 9 to the reply of counter affidavit filed by the petitioner, the services of the petitioner have been confirmed. It is, therefore, submitted that the
