The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 292C of 2014 instituted under sections 406, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry prohibition Act. The complainant alleged that the marriage was settled with Dular Chandra Paswan son of petitioner no.1. Tilak ceremony was held on 02.05.2014 and marriage was fixed on 09.05.2014, but one day prior to the date of marriage the daughter of the complainant fled away from her house. The petitioners filed a petition before Sarpanch that it is not fault of the petitioners rather the daughter of the complainant herself fled away and the marriage could not be performed.

Considering the facts and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40921 of 2014 (3) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 allegations, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Rajeev Nayan, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Lakhisarai in Complaint Case No. 292C of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
