1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) To quash the order contained in letter no. 229 dated 28.07.2023 issued by the respondent no. 6 directing the petitioner to vacate the premises allocated to him. (Annexure-9).

(II) To hold that the impugned order is completely without jurisdiction.

(III) To hold that when the matter is sub-judice before a court of competent civil jurisdiction, the issuance of the impugned order is absolutely

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
