Petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.09.2016 in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016 for offence punishable under Section 47(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

34 litres of illicit country made liquor was recovered from the motorcycle to which the petitioner was riding. Submission of the petitioner is that he has got no criminal antecedent. The motorcycle is not of the petitioner and he is in custody since 12th September, 2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Roh P.S.
