2. This application has been filed for quashing the entire F.I.R. i.e. Bahadurpur P.S. Case no. 115/2018 against the petitioners, for quashing the Charge Sheet no.161/19 dated 18/07/2019 submitted against all the petitioners in Bahadurpur P.S. Case no.115/2018 & for quashing the order taking cognizance and summon dated 26.08.2019 passed by the A.C.J.M.-II, Patna City against the petitioners on the basis of Charge Sheet no.161/19 submitted against all the petitioners in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 115/2018. Summons were issued against the Petitioners for the offences under Sections 323, 498-A of the Indian Penal Code & Sections 3/4 of Dowry

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after framing of the charge, the trial has started and some witnesses have been examined.
