JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2017 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected in Cr.Misc.No. 7803 of 2017, vide order dated 22.2.2017 with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within a period of one year.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody for eight months and in the main case he has been granted bail.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within the period already specified in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43902 of 2017 (4) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 the earlier order. At the same time, Superintendent of Police, Siwan is directed to ensure the presence of the witnesses in court on the date fixed, so that trial be concluded within the period already specified.
