Having regard to the direct allegation against the petitioner that someone had impersonated him and obviously, the gainer was the petitioner and none else, this Court keeping in view the allegations made against him under Section-419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 the Examination Control Act, would not find the petitioner entitled for privilege of anticipatory bail.

That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

Nothing said in this order, however, will come in the way of the petitioner in surrendering before the Court below and seeking regular bail.
