The petitioner seeks bail in Parbatta (Bharatkhand) P.S. Case No. 307 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 404, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The wife of the deceased made allegation that she heard that her husband Firoz was shot dead. The informant disclosed that Bhim Mandal and the son of Botal Mandal had threatened her husband.

It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. The police apprehended the petitioner, took his confessional statement and except the confessional statement of the petitioner it is submitted that no other material is collected to show the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21723 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2/2 involvement of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 02.01.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Parbatta (Bharatkhand) P.S. Case No. 307 of 2014.
