1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):-
Patna High Court CWJC No.13184 of 2024(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ or direction or order/orders, directing the concerned respondents District Magistrate and Police Officers to provide constant safety and security to the petitioner and his family who are affected by the fear of death. Petitioner is a Senior Citizen of India and living under Jurisdiction of this High Court, Patna."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Patna as well as the Superintendent of Police, Rural (East), Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
