The petitioners seek bail in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 05 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have pelted bricks causing injury to Saryug Mandal on his left eye and chest. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a counter version being Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 04 of 2015. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners. The doctor has kept the opinion with regard to injuries reserved and even today it has not been annexed.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
