The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 27 of 2012 for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is kidnapping the minor girl and in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C., the victim girl has also reiterated the allegation to be correct.

From the impugned order dated 31.08.2017, I find that the charges have been framed on 17.08.2017 and the case has been posted for evidence.

For the reasons mentioned hereinabove, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. However, I
