The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 199 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 352 liters of Nepali country made liquor, which was being carried by 8-10 persons in a bag on their heads while they were coming from Nepal Border to India, however, the petitioner is said to have been arrested from the spot.
A bare perusal of the bail petition would show that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he has been apprehended along with other accused persons while he was

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge Excise, Araria in connection with Fulkaha P.S.
