JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-10-2015 Heard Sri Bikramdeo Kumar, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Sadanand Ray, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ashok Kumar, learned A.P.P.

The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 357 of 2014 on an allegation of murdering his own mother has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was lodged by the Chaukidar on the basis of hearsay statement. He further submits that in the case diary there is no direct evidence. However, learned A.P.P. by way of referring to paragraph no. 14 of the case diary submits that during investigation father of the petitioner, who is husband of the deceased has also deposed and said about the involvement of the

In view of the facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case to extend the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
