The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant was robbed of his twenty six thousand rupees and motorcycle. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of co-accused and from the possession of the petitioner two motorcycles were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovered motorcycle do not tally with the alleged robbed motorcycle and only on suspicion the petitioner has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22228 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 roped in and the petitioner has not been put on TIP. The investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 07 of 2015.
