The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is the husband of the complainant. The wife of the petitioner made allegation of demand of dowry and torture.
It is submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife.
Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the petitioner took his son from her custody but the petitioner is not ready to keep her.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21955 of 2015 (3) dt.08-09-2015 allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 09.10.2014, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N. P. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 644 of 2013.
