JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 The petitioner has questioned the legality of selection of Anganbari Sevika of Anganbari Centre Shivpur, under Kurhari Gram Panchayat, Kaimur District. This is not in dispute that the petitioner has remedy of appeal before the District Programme Officer, Bhabhua, which she had already invoked.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has grievance that though the guidelines governing selection of Anganbari Sevika/Sahaiyaka contemplate disposal of appeal before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17028 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 District Programme Officer within thirty days of filing of the appeal, the petitioner's appeal has yet not been decided though the same was filed in July, 2019.

3. For the present, I am not going into the question of delay in disposal of the petitioner's appeal, despite there being such provision under the guidelines, which aspect I shall consider in future in some case.

4. This writ application is, however, disposed of with a direction that let the District Programme Officer dispose of the petitioner's appeal, if not already disposed of, within three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties.
