JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) To quash the order dated 22.07.2022 passed by the respondent no. 2 (D.M) in Aanganbari appeal no.4 of 2021 by which he has set aside the order dated 29.01.2021 passed by the respondent no.3 in Aanganbari appeal case no. 3 of 2020 and same is communicated to this petitioner vide letter no. 2125 dated 20.08.2022.

(ii) To issue direction to the concerned respondent to give the selection letters to this petitioner who is duly selected by

Patna High Court CWJC No.14402 of 2022(2) dt.13-02-2024 2/2 the competent authority after due deliberation in accordance with guidelines/rules framed for selection of Aanganbari Sevika."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
