JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03/ 06-05-2015 Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Special Case No. 35 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act. The recovery is of 2075 kgs. of Ganja from the vehicle in which the petitioner was present and claims to be cleaner. The report learned Additional Sessions-VII -cumSpecial Judge, NDPS, Patna dated 24.01.2015 reflects that the case is fixed for recording statement of accused under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. on 27.03.2015 and the time frame for concluding of trial has been suggested as three months.
Considering the present stage of the trial, this Court is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8539 of 2015 (03) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
