The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 293 of 2015 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner is in custody since 23rd of November, 2015, the charges have not been framed till date. Considering the observation made by this Court in its previous order dated 6.6.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. 23349 of 2016 and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43262 of 2016 (2) dt.05-10-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 293 of 2015.
