JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 5.3.2020, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 79269/2019. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to late service of copy of the order to the Court below, petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the time stipulated in the aforesaid order.

In that view of the matter, modification petition is allowed. Petitioner is granted six weeks' further time to surrender before the Court below.

Order dated 5.3.2020 is modified to the extent indicated above.
