JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 13-05-2015 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 663 of 2013 arising out of Bheldi P.S. Case No. 75 of 2013 registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court on merits vide order dated 14.5.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7455 of 2014. He renewed his prayer for bail which was again rejected vide order dated 13.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42299 of 2014.

Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the aforementioned order dated 14.5.2014, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
