The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 395,397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged against unknown for looting the driver of the truck on Highway. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation. The petitioner is in jail since 20.10.2013 but he has not been put on T. I. Parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Amas P.S. Case No. 116/2011.
