The petitioner, Md. Naseem, is in custody since 20.07.2016 in Singhiya P.S. Case No.92 of 2016 under Section 47(A) and 57 of the Excise Act.

According to the prosecution case, from the possession of this petitioner 7500 ml, i.e., 7.5 litres wine was recovered. Considering the quantity of the liquor recovered and the period of detention, I direct that the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No.92 of 2016.
