On getting confidential information with regard to the fact that miscreants got fuel without paying price appertaining to Rs.2,800/-, the informant proceeded and during course thereof, came to know Registration number of vehicle bearing BR 24 K /3420 which was found parked near Iysar Show Room at Ara Bikaramganj Main Road occupied by four persons, who seeing the police, ran away, out of whom two were apprehended including petitioner. On search, nothing was found from physical possession of both the persons. However, from vehicle, one country made rifle, empty magazine, one board containing 'Police', two number plates, literature relating to Mouwadi and mobile sets, were seized and for which, instant case has been registered. Considering the fact that in the aforesaid eventuality as well as nothing has been recovered from physical possession, co-accused Pintu Kumar had already been granted bail vide order dated 30.1.2015 passed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22664 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 Cr.Misc.No.4090 of 2015.

That being so, petitioner Janardan Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S.Case No.82 of 2014.
