There is allegation of gang rape on the informant against the petitioner and two other F.I.R named accused. learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tried to convince me about false implication of the petitioner but the informant disclosed the name of rapists including the petitioner to a person, who just after the alleged occurrence brought her to home and, hence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Ishakchak ( Tilka Manjhi) P.S.Case No. 32 of 2016 , pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur stands rejected.
