The petitioner seeks Anticipatory bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 379, 307, 506 and 505 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier on 21.12.2016 by this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 53673 of 2016 on merit. As such, I find no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
