Petitioner is accused in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 366 of 2016 registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been made accused in this case. From perusal of F.I.R., it specifically appears that petitioner has been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
