The petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with S.Tr. No. 327 of 2016, arising out of Tajpur P.S. Case No. 1 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 (1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Co-accused Md. Sajid @ Bablu with similar allegation has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 31215 of 2016 on 11th August 2016 and Md. Sajid had also criminal antecedent and was in custody since 5th January 2016. Fire arms and cartridges were also recovered from the possession of the petitioner and allegation is that the petitioner and others had assembled in preparation of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49557 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 Dacoity. The petitioner is in custody since 5th January 2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, Ajay Singh @ Ajay Kumar, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Samastipur/Successor Court in connection with S.Tr.
