Petitioner is said to have caught along with other coaccused when he as well as others allegedly had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and one live cartridge and mobile phone are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 04.01.2016 and except the present case as well as two other cases, there is nothing against the petitioner.
