The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura (Hathiyawan O.P.) P.S. Case No. 469 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture against him. Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
