Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.6.2016 in a case registered under section 302 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report but general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against her and according to the prosecution case itself, it were other co- accused who assaulted the deceased by means of Khanti.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul (Benipur), Darbhanga in Jamalpur P.S. Case no. 117/2015.
