Informant, Om Prakash Prasad, who happens to be father of deceased Soni Kumari, who was married with Balram Sah about three years ago and had begotten a daughter as well as was a pregnant one, was coerced by her husband to bring Rs.25.000/-, so that he could open a scrap shop. His son in-law also approached him directly on that very score and on denial at his side infuriated him and in the aforesaid background, his daughter has been eliminated and for that, he had named apart from his son in-law, father in-law, mother in-law, sister in-law, brother in-law of the deceased. It has also been disclosed that his son in-law had informed regarding serious condition of his daughter whereupon he had gone, but could not find his daughter.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23274 of 2015 (02) dt.10-07-2015 His son in-law was wearing 'Utri'. There happens to be specific disclosure against the husband of the deceased regarding torture, assault in the background of non-fulfilment of demand of Rs.25,000/-.

That being so, petitioners, who are father in-law and brother in-law namely Shyam Babu Sah and Bajrangi Sah, each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P. S. Case no.298 of 2014.
