The petitioner seeks bail in Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 141 of 2017 registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have committed dowry death of the daughter of the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be the brother-in-law of the deceased. He is separate in mess and business from the husband of the deceased and other accused persons. He has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. As a matter of fact, the deceased had caught fire in course of cooking and she was rushed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50203 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 to the hospital by the petitioner and other family members to accord her medical aid. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 26.07.2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsing Sarai P.S. Case No. 141 of 2017.
