Patna High Court CWJC No.15072 of 2022 dt.11-11-2022 2/2 Petitioners have prayed for following relief(s) :- "That this petition is being filed with prayer to restrain the respondent-authority to carve to out drain(Nallah) after demolishing a portion of the Shop No.52 of the petitioners, situated in Principal Market Yard, Mussallahplur, Patna for constructing Drain (Nallah) notwithstanding the old Nallah which only requires renovation inside the principal Market Yard in Mussallahpur Market Committee, moreover it can be done in western side where 20' long vacant land is available.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, unconditionally, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permission granted.
