This revision application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 12.03.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Purnea in Cr. Appeal No. 02 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 12.01.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Kishanganj, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in Pathamari (Thakurganj) P.S. Case No. 245 of 2014 (G.R. No. 1564 of 2014).

Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner. The Revision Application stands dismissed.
