JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 From the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Respondent No. 5, it becomes very clear that though the bill which was served upon the respondents by the petitioner was of a higher amount/value but on vetting the aforesaid bill, it was found that only Rs. 81,000/- is payable to the petitioner towards reimbursement of the medical expenses incurred in the treatment of the son of the petitioner.
The aforesaid amount has been remitted in the bank account of the petitioner, which fact has been verified
Patna High Court CWJC No.18779 of 2008(5) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 by the learned counsel for the petitioner, who states that the aforesaid averment made in the supplementary counter affidavit, referred-to-above, is correct.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed off, as the grievance of the petitioner has substantially been redressed.
