1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing vehemently for sometimes realizing his difficulty, seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no.1, namely, Arbind Sharma.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioner no.1, namely, Arbind Sharma.
5. The petitioner no.2 seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53533 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/3 Sections 127(1), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351, 3(5) of the B.N.S.

The learned counsel for the petitioner no.2 submits that the petitioner no.2 is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that on account of dispute relating to road, the petitioner assaulted him by knife causing injury on head, stomach and back and even snatched Rs.5,000/- and also assaulted his wife.
7. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that informant is own brother of the husband of the petitioner. It is fairly submitted that no doubt, informant received injury, but then, the same was not inflicted by the petitioner rather she came to be implicated with a view to coerce her husband into submission.
8. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application and submits that informant received sharp cutting injury over lumbar region, on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the allegation of assault against the petitioner is not specific.
9. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner no.2, above-named, in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53533 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 3/3 the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Baisi P. S. Case No.135 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
