The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 13.06.2017 in Special Case No.2651/2017 arising out of Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.293/2017 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 30(b), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, while taking meal in a hotel, was arrested and he was shown to be arrested from the back side of TATA Tiyago, from where about 36 liters of Indian Make Foreign Liquor was shown to be recovered. By way of referring to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition, learned counsel for

Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Avinash Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No.2651/2017 arising out of Patrakar Nagar P.s. Case No.293/2017.
