There was train robbery wherein informant was victimized by the miscreants on account of snatching of the bag containing Rs.50,000/- in cash as well as Tiffin box. Though, from para-109 there happens to be discloser with regard to recovery of Tiffin box from the possession of the petitioner on his confession but, the aforesaid Tiffin Box has not been put on T.I.
