18-08-2016 Heard Sri Kumar Vikramdeo Singh, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Sada Nand Roy, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, who are in custody since 08-05-2016 in Dehri (Town) P.S. Case No. 238 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 272 & 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47(A)(E)/50 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016, have prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that on false allegation of recovery of about 20 litres of Mahua liquor, petitioners have been apprehended.

Keeping in view nature of accusation and period of

No.32201 of 2016 (2) dt.18-08-2016 2/2 custody, let both the petitioners namely Ram Pravesh Singh and Jai Ram Mahto be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, District - Rohtas in connection with Dehri (Town) P.S. Case No. 238 of 2016.
